Moving from a house to a small apartment in an independent living facility was so frustrating and exhausting and confusing, so the matter of selling the house would have compounded those feelings.  But Lori was always reassuring and took care of all the many little details, as well as all the big ones, in the preparation and sale of the house.  She is efficient and professional and empathetic and uplifting.  It was such a relief to be able to put myself in her capable hands --- and she did an incredible job!  I so appreciate Lori and would highly recommend her to anyone.
