River Road/Santa Clara The River Road area retains a "countryside" flavor from its original development as an outlying community of small
farms. It enjoys level terrain, with both established neighborhoods and pockets of new home construction. It's still a great place to shop roadside stands for fruit and vegetables, while "Santa Clara Square" is a convenient area mall with a variety of shops and services. The boundaries are: north of Roosevelt and West of the Willamette River and east of NW Expressway.
