Older, established area of early Eugene. Many residences pre-date WWII and are affectionately referred to as "vintage." In general proximity to University of Oregon. Large level neighborhoods transitioning to steep hillside homes around beautiful Hendrick's Park. The boundaries are: the area east of Willamette Street and south of the Willamette River including the Glenwood area.
