I employ an innovative web-based feedback system at no additional cost to you! Homefeedback.com is designed to capture buyers' input after showings. Sellers can monitor the responses to their property first hand by logging into a password protected portal on a website.

How does it work? After every showing I contact each agent for an evaluation. Agents report their buyers' ratings of the property’s exterior, interior, list price, buyer interest level and additional customized criteria online. Periodically I reinforce agents' participation with thank you coffee cards.

This important tool helps us better position the property to sell.

Staging

An artfully arranged home demonstrates livability while creating a neutral canvas for the buyer's imagination. I will assist you in creating buyer-friendly spaces to maximize your home's appeal.

As needed, I will employ a professional stager to finesse the final touches or furnish a vacant property.

Virtual Tours

For buyers who aren't able to tour the home immediately or in person, a "virtual tour" can help showcase a property’s attributes.
